Antony has complained about his 'disrespectful' treatment from Man United prior to him ending his bomb squad nightmare by joining Real Betis.
The Brazilian was a colossal flop at Old Trafford having signed for a whopping £86million from Ajax, with the club ultimately losing £60m on him in the deadline day sale.
As one of Ruben Amorim's exiled stars known as the 'bomb squad' he was kept apart from the first team this summer, along with the likes of Marcus Rashford, Alejandro Garnacho and Jadon Sancho.
Antony has now lifted the lid on his treatment, complaining about how he was handled after he spent 40 nights in a £175-a-night airport hotel some reviews have labelled 'run-down and worn out'.
The 25-year-old told El Desmarque: 'They were very tough months in England, more than 40 days in the hotel, training separately… I feel like they disrespected me, but that’s not the point.
'I don’t want to create controversy; that’s life. I’m very grateful for the club; there were bad times, but also good times, with two titles.

Antony spent 40 nights in a hotel near Manchester airport while he waited for his move
'My family travelled to Seville four or five days before the deal was finalised; I had the house rented.'
The hotel Antony referred to where he spent 40 nights was the Delta Hotels Manchester Airport Marriott.
He was stuck in limbo at the accommodation waiting for a deal to be struck between United and Betis. Despite Antony earning £150,000-a-week at Man United, he ended up staying in a hotel with a rating of just 3.6/5 on TripAdvisor.
One reviewer said his bedroom was 'basic and worn out', adding that 'the restaurant was tired and toilet area was smelly'.
Another added: 'Very substandard, rooms are poor, constant noise.'
A one-star review posted in May this year claimed there were cockroaches in the room upon arrival.
It read: 'I discovered cockroaches in my hotel room in the early hours of the morning. The room itself was not clean and lacked a fresh smell upon arrival.
'When I showed the hotel reception photos of multiple cockroaches in the bathroom, they didn’t seem surprised or concerned.

Antony broke down in tears during his presentation as a Real Betis player earlier this month
'I followed up with a complaint via email, but never received an apology or acknowledgment.'
It was an ignominious end to a disastrous time for Antony at Man United but the much-maligned winger finally was able to complete his transfer to Betis, where he had thrived on loan last season.
Antony will go down as one of Manchester United's biggest flops having scored just 12 goals in 96 games during his three years at Old Trafford.
He netted one goal in 14 games during the first half of last season before being shipped out to Spain in January where he thrived at the club he has now made his permanent home.
He broke down in tears at his unveiling for Betis at the beginning of September, saying: 'What happened in Manchester, only I know how difficult it was,' he said.

He took another moment to wipe away tears, adding: 'I'm sorry. Training separately... but that's part of life. I knew this moment would come. It's in the past.
'What a difference! Seville is more beautiful than Manchester. I’m finally here.
'I have spent more than 40 days in a hotel, it has been very hard but everyone knew that I wanted to return to Betis. Now with more time, we have many things to do and to achieve.
'It has been difficult for me to sleep while seeing so much affection from the Beticos, there were people waiting at my house at two in the morning.'
He added: 'For me, affection is very important and it’s not all about money.
'Here I have a lot of feeling and affection, it was always my first choice and that’s why I waited until the last day to return to Betis. Now I’m here and happy in a city and in a club that I love.
'It’s the first time I’ve experienced this. When I put on the shirt I’m going to run for each of the Béticos.'
Since then, he has been getting up to speed and integrating with the group again having not had the benefit of pre-season.
Antony was the club's best player on loan last term but is yet to score or assist in three LaLiga matches so far this season, although he did net against Nottingham Forest in the Europa League.
