This is not Sarina Wiegman's first rodeo, far from it.

Many of you may be wondering why she seems so relaxed on a day like today. I mean, she is about to lead her team out in a European Championship final, surely she should be bricking it.

Well, this is just another day at the office for good old Sarina.

During her time as a head coach, she has led teams in five international tournaments, three for England and two for the Netherlands. She has made the final in each of the five.

I know, it's quite a mental record. In fact, no other manager in either the men's or women's international game has managed it. Unprecedented, unbelievable, remarkable.

Lauren James trained yesterday and will be available for the final.

There had been doubts after she was substituted at half-time of the dramatic, nerve-jangling semi-final victory against Italy.

'We had 23 players on the pitch today and everyone came through,' boss Sarina Wiegman revealed when asked about James' condition.

'If everyone recovers well, then we have everyone fit for tomorrow.'

We're expecting the team news around 3.45pm BST, so not too long.
