Nicolas Jackson took a subtle dig at Chelsea after netting his first goal for Bayern Munich on Tuesday night.
The Senegalese forward sealed a season-long loan move to the Bundesliga champions after being frozen out of Blues manager Enzo Maresca's plans.
Having made 37 appearances for the west London club last term, Jackson returned for this summer's pre-season far behind new arrivals Joao Pedro and Liam Delap in the pecking order.
He was later entirely left out of Maresca's squad for their first three Premier League games before eventually ending his Stamford Bridge nightmare with a move to Bayern.
Despite acting as a deputy to the prolific Harry Kane in Bavaria, Jackson has made five appearances for his new club already, netting his first goal last night in Bayern's 5-1 thrashing of Pafos in the Champions League.
And speaking post-match, the 27-year-old admitted his lack of early-season gametime at Chelsea has effected his start to life in Germany.

'It wasn't easy but we played a very good game and worked hard,' Jackson told reporters.
'I'm very happy to score my first goal for the club. I'm still getting back to full fitness because I hadn't played and trained alone for two months. I'm working hard every day.
'I'm very happy here, everyone welcomed me very well. I feel at home. We'll see what the future brings.'
It's thought Bayern have an option to make Jackson's move a permanent one for a fee of around £56million, but the clause will only be activated if he starts 40 games in all competitions.
Given the incredible early-season form of Harry Kane, who's bagged 17 goals in 9 appearances, such a feat seems perhaps unlikely.
In fact, in the words of Bayern's honorary president Uli Hoeness, 'he'll never do that'.
Jackson's agent however, Ali Barat, seems far more confident that his client could achieve such a target.
He told RMC Sport: 'They have a mandatory purchase options if he plays 40 games, but they also have a £56m option.

'So I think if Nico (Jackson) performs this season, given the current market prices for striker, at £56m, in my opinion, they should buy him.
'It all depends on how Jackson fits in and performs. But normally, with the potentual he has, I don't think they'll have a problem paying the fee at the end of the summer.'
Jackson is far from the only star at Chelsea who was left frozen out and training alone over the summer.
Both Raheem Sterling and Axel Disasi have faced similar treatment and, with the transfer window now over, are stuck at the club until January at the earliest.
Only a couple of weeks ago, Sterling offered fans an insight into the grim reality of life in Chelsea's 'bomb squad', sharing an image to Instagram of Cobham's empty training pitches showing the time as 20:21 with the caption 'training' alongside a handshake and cold face emoji.
Yet Maresca has little sympathy for neither Sterling nor Disasi. When quizzed about their predicament at a press conference, the Italian replied: 'My father is 75 years old and for 50 years he has been a fisherman, working from two o'clock in the morning until 10 o'clock in the morning.
'This is a hard life. Not for players.'
